IMG_2108 2.jpeg

I want to reintroduce you to someone that you met last week. We are picking up where we left off last time with Sarah McDugal. She is an author, speaker and abuse recovery coach for women in the faith community who are healing from abusive relationships. She has a passion to lead women out of the wilderness and into a wild, abundant life with Jesus. This is part two of a two-part conversation I had with her. This week we get really practical as she shares stories, advice, and resources.

In this episode:

  • Hear a recap of her life story

  • Learn what Bucket Brigade Against Abuse and Women in Leadership Development are and why she started these organizations

  • Hear stories of women Sarah has worked with

  • Learn warning signs of abusive relationships

  • Find out what you need to do if you are in an abusive relationship

  • Discover resources that Sarah offers

I have really enjoyed sharing this two-part series with you and I hope that both episodes have been a blessing to you. If you want to learn more about Sarah and check out the resources that she mentioned in the podcast, go to her website. Thank you again for listening and I’ll talk to you next week!
